Tatenokawa Kyuryu Stream Red Junmai Daiginjo

Made from locally grown Dewasansan rice and bottled young to retain its youthful character, Kyuryu "Stream Red" is a light, vibrant Junmai Daiginjo built to drink like a fine white wine.

Delicate fruit aromas of green melon, pineapple, watermelon and subtle stone fruit lead into a palate with fragrant green apple, mellow umami and gentle acidity. Relatively high acidity with a grapefruit-peel edge is balanced by just the right amount of sweetness, finishing light-bodied, silky and clean.
