Gin Warabeuta is a premium tamari soy sauce produced by Minamigura Shoten, a long-established soy sauce brewer in Taketoyo, Aichi Prefecture. Tamari is made with a much higher ratio of soybeans to water than regular soy sauce, giving it a thicker texture and a deeper, more concentrated umami flavour.

This tamari is naturally brewed and aged in wooden barrels, and is often gluten-free since it uses little or no wheat. Use it as a dipping sauce for sashimi and sushi, or as a finishing seasoning for grilled dishes.
