Hibiki Blossom Harmony (2025 Release)

The latest instalment in Hibiki's sakura-themed limited series, blending malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita before a delicate finishing period in sakura (cherry) wood casks.

A fragrant bouquet of flowers, cherry blossom and osmanthus introduces a smooth, velvety palate of acacia honey, La France pear and sakura mochi, with the fruity sweetness slowly drying into a finish of dried citrus and mizunara oak.
