A late-2023 limited release from Hakushu built entirely on malt matured in Spanish oak, exploring the sweeter, more bittersweet edge of the distillery's forest-driven style.

Cloves, apricot and prune meet fresh green leaves, yuzu citrus and young pine smoke on the nose; the palate is sweetly complex with manuka honey, orange marmalade and dark chocolate, finishing on espresso-like bitterness and smoky oak.
