GRIND GOLDEN SESAME - すり胡麻 金 100g

Suri goma, or ground sesame, is made by crushing whole sesame seeds to break open their skins, releasing more of their natural oils and aroma than whole seeds. This version uses golden (light-coloured) sesame seeds, which have a milder flavour than black sesame.

Use it in dressings such as goma-ae, sprinkled over rice bowls and salads, or stirred into dipping sauces.
