GRIND BLACK SESAME - すり胡麻 黒 100g

Suri goma, or ground sesame, is made by crushing whole sesame seeds to break open their skins, releasing more of their natural oils and aroma than whole seeds. This version uses black sesame seeds.

Use it in dressings such as goma-ae (sesame dressing for vegetables), sprinkled over rice bowls and salads, or stirred into dipping sauces for extra nutty depth.
