Dried Spinach - 乾燥野菜 ほうれん草 40g

Dried spinach (horenso) is spinach that has been dehydrated for long storage, ready to be rehydrated as needed.

Once soaked or added to hot liquid it softens back to a tender, leafy texture with a mild vegetal flavour. It is commonly added to miso soup, simmered dishes and other hot dishes where fresh spinach would otherwise be used.
