Dried enoki Shiro - 濃いえのき（白）

Dried enoki mushroom, known in Japanese as koi enoki, is a snack-style preparation of enoki mushrooms slowly dried at low heat on the day they are harvested to concentrate their natural sweetness and umami. The white (shiro) variety does not need to be rehydrated before eating.

Enjoy it straight from the pack as a crunchy snack, or use it in soups and simmered dishes for extra flavour.
