The 2004 vintage brought ease and generosity to Dom Perignon, from a season that delivered ripe fruit with strong, balancing acidity.

Aromas of almond and powdered cocoa develop into white fruit and dried flowers, with classic toasted notes giving a rounded, fully mature finish. On the palate, youthful grapefruit and lemongrass meet a creamy creme brulee edge, with toasty, yeasty character wrapping around pithy lemon citrus, Chardonnay ringing clear at around half the blend.
