A more mature expression of The Dalmore house style, this 21 Year Old spends over two decades maturing in ex-bourbon oak before an extended finish in hand-selected 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry casks from Gonzalez Byass.

Bitter dark chocolate, overripe Seville oranges, Colombian coffee and toffee apple define the nose, leading into a palate of sweet liquorice, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts and thick marzipan, finishing on ginseng, pear tarte tatin and blood orange.
