The larger 750g format of Kamiakari brown rice Amazake - a naturally sweet, low-alcohol fermented rice drink made from a rare heirloom brown rice grown pesticide- and fertiliser-free in Nagano Prefecture.

Made by fermenting rice with koji mould, this Amazake is naturally sweet with no added sugar, offering a nutty, toasty character and a smooth texture, naturally rich in dietary fibre and B vitamins.
