Bollinger Rose

Bollinger Rose is the house's non-vintage rose, built on the same Pinot Noir-led foundation as Special Cuvee with a touch of the estate's red wine for colour and depth.

The nose offers preserved Amarena cherries, ripe red fruit, toasted brioche and fresh roses, combining redcurrant, cherry and wild strawberry with a slightly spicy note. The palate is medium to full-bodied, pillowy and vinous, with sweet stone fruit, honeycomb, freshly baked bread and orange oil, and a hint of tannin from the red wine component balanced by a creamy texture through to a long, delicately spicy, mineral finish.
