Bollinger La Grande Annee Rose 2007

La Grande Annee Rose is Bollinger's prestige vintage rose, made in tiny quantities and coloured by the addition of a small proportion of the house's own red Cote aux Enfants Pinot Noir.

Fresh and elegant, this is a full-bodied, dense and structured rose with a long, intense finish that reveals the youthful character of the 2007 vintage. The chalky-pure bouquet offers redcurrant, green fig, dark chocolate, minty and dried floral notes, joined by raspberry, white peach and a hint of nuttiness.
