A bold departure from Yamazaki's typically fruit-forward house style, built from heavily peated malt to explore the distillery's smokier side for the first time in this series.

Gentle smoke, dried apricot, incense and honey lead the nose; the palate is silky with smoky malt, spiced pear, citrus peel and oak-aged vanilla, finishing long, dry and subtly smoky with traces of peat and sweet spice.
