The aromatic profile is led by white and yellow fruits such as pear, apple and peach, with hints of mandarin and grapefruit blending harmoniously with brioche, a touch of struck match and toffee apple character, and a chalky, savoury, nutty finish. The palate delivers the freshness and strength typical of the house, medium-bodied with fine bubbles and a crisp finish.
