Ron Zacapa Centenario Solera 23

Ron Zacapa Centenario Solera 23 is matured at altitude in the Guatemalan highlands, where cooler air slows maturation and allows the solera system to build layers of flavour from rums of many different ages.

The nose offers a soft, sweet start of caramel, vanilla, cacao and butterscotch with sherried notes of roasted brazil nut and toasted hazelnut, while the palate rounds out with toffee, banana and dried pineapple through a smooth, warming finish.
