Remy Martin XO is the house's signature expression, a Fine Champagne cognac built almost entirely from the two premier crus of the region and blended to showcase real depth and maturity.

A powerful nose of white flowers and candied fruit gives way to a palate of ripe plum, dried fig and candied orange with nutmeg and hazelnut, before a long finish of roasted cocoa and honeyed gingerbread.
