Nikka Coffey Gin

Nikka Coffey Gin takes a distinctly Japanese approach to gin, using a base spirit run through the same continuous Coffey stills that produce Nikka's grain whisky, then redistilled with a range of botanicals including four types of Japanese citrus.

The nose is full of citrus fruit, from yuzu and lemon zest to rich orange juice, the palate opens sweet before citrus rolls in over soft spice and earthy juniper, and the finish is long, with rich oak, tobacco and a touch of mild chocolate.
