Martell XO

Martell is the oldest of the great cognac houses, founded in 1715, and its XO draws heavily on Borderies and Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie to give a style that is distinctively spicier and more structured than many rivals.

Deep golden amber in the glass, it opens with vibrant spice, black and pink pepper and coriander, developing notes of sandalwood, fig, walnut and red fruit on a smooth, layered palate that blends fruit, oak and gentle spice through a long finish.
