Dom Perignon Rose 2009

The 2009 Rose marked a return to a richer style following the more ethereal 2008, gaining considerable textural presence from the generosity of the vintage.

Sweet red cherry, blood orange, spice and pomegranate build into a creamy, sensual character, with peaches, fresh crushed strawberries and rose on the nose. The palate is full-bodied and generous, with fine tannins framing macerated raspberry and strawberry, candied blood orange peel, toast and saffron carried on an elegant, satiny mousse.
