The 2013 vintage was the last October harvest for the region, and the long hang-time behind it gives this Dom Perignon release notable concentration and depth.

Vivid acidity and a chalky underpinning frame finely detailed notes of ripe melon, mandarin orange, toasted brioche and candied ginger, with a full and varied nose mingling powdery white flowers, nectareous apricot, rhubarb, mint and mineral ash. Energy dominates the palate, which turns vibrant and effervescent, finishing with penetrating tautness marked by ginger, tobacco and toasted accents.
