Candied fruit, licorice, ripe hay, floral and toasted notes give fruity complexity and fabulous intensity, with a briny character, exquisite bitterness and silky mouthfeel on the palate. Expect smoke, mandarin orange peel and chalk leading to accents of blackcurrant, toasted almond, espresso and star anise on a fine, creamy mousse, with citrus acidity leaving a mouthwatering finish.
