The 1990 vintage is one of Dom Perignon's most celebrated older releases, now showing the deep, complex maturity of over three decades in bottle.

A medium-intensity golden colour reveals decades of graceful ageing, with a nose layered with almond, hazelnut, toast, cocoa and biscuit alongside surprisingly fresh lemon and lemon peel. Mature bottles show brioche, dried fruit and earthy, full-bodied depth, with dusty minerality, spice and preserved ginger, a creamy, delicate mousse and a long, citrus-driven finish; bottle variation is a known feature of this vintage, so provenance matters.
