Bollinger Special Cuvee

Special Cuvee is Bollinger's signature non-vintage Brut, a Pinot Noir-dominant blend that has defined the house style for generations.

Fresh and mineral-driven on the nose, with layers of fresh raspberry, brioche, wet stone and orange blossom alongside white peach, apple, bread dough and a smoky topnote. The palate is medium to full-bodied and classically rounded, with good tension, a silky, chalky texture and an ultra-fine mousse, showing salinity, grapefruit zest, almond and lemon curd through a creamy, well-balanced finish.
