The Committee-exclusive edition of Ardbeg Dark Cove, matured in a marriage of dark and very dark sherry casks for one of the richest, most intensely sherried expressions the distillery has produced.

Charred oak, dried fruit, plum and dark chocolate meet coastal peat and a distant smoky bonfire on the nose; the palate is big and chewy with dry sherry, black pepper and red berries, finishing warm with toasted pumpkin seed and lingering malt.
